Salvador,
the article was about the amount of fundings that some schools were recieveing as compared to other shools who had more money and were recieveing better scores. the area that the schools where in also showed great differences in how well they did as compared to the ethnicity they had there. it also says that the people are fighting for proper fundings to get the right education that they need, rather than just be a "franchise"
what is it the schools want?
